اللاعبون يحددون النتيجة بأنفسهم في المنافسة على البطولات الرياضية …والفوز أو الخسارة تتوقف على ما يبذلونه من جهد ..بلا تدخل من احد غيرهم ..

والمنافسة على المناصب القيادية ..تتنوع الوسائل والسبل للفوز بها

لكن المنافسة الانتخابية مختلفة ..فلا يلعبها المتنافسون وحدهم ..بقدر ما يؤديها الناخبون الذين يختارون بأنفسهم الأفضل من وجهة نظرهم الخاصة جدا

اللاعبون يؤدون أداء حسنا أو سيئا ..وعلى هذا الأداء تكون النتائج ..لكن في الانتخابات الجماهير هي التي تؤدي وتلعب .

وفي النقابات والهيئات والاتحادات والمؤسسات التي تشهد انتخابات يؤدي المرشح ما عليه.. ومعه أنصاره ومشجعوه ومؤيدوه ..أو.. لا يؤدي واجبه كاملا ..هو وأنصاره ..لكن الحكم النهائي والنتيجة التنافسية ..يعلنها المشاركون في العملية الانتخابية

الناخب أقوى من المرشح ..فهو الذي يعلن النتيجة ..ناجح أو ساقط

المرشح يرصد الأصوات ..ولكن ليس بيده حصدها ..

وانتخابات نقيب الصحفيين التي بلغت الأحد الماضي من حدة الاشتعال إلى حد إيقاف إعلان فوز احد المرشحين بمنصب النقيب ..نظرا لشبه التعادل ما بين المتنافسين الرئيسيين مكرم محمد احمد وضياء رشوان ..تؤكد أن المنافسة حقيقية ..وانتهى عصر شبه التزكية التي كانت – غالبا – تشهدها تلك الانتخابات..عبر سنوات مضت

الصحفيون الجدد من الشباب هم الذين سيقررون يوم الأحد المقبل من هو النقيب ..فالشباب هو الأغلبية ..وبحكم الزمن الأقلية للشيوخ من أمثالي

الفائز بالمنصب والمنافس له ..يستحقان منا التقدير ..ولكن الشكر للجمعية العمومية لنقابة الصحفيين

فهم الذين جعلوا للمنافسة طعما مختلفا
